Interactive Creative Therapy

Participating in the art-making process can provide relief and release those things that have been pent up. Going with the flow of the creative experience allows for self-expression and individual transformation by bypassing conscious thought and accessing deeper, unconscious realms.

John Lennon said "Every child is an artist until someone tells them they're not" (Time magazine, 1969 interview). In my experience I have discovered that EVERYONE can create – draw, paint, sculpt ... if only they put their preconceptions aside and allow the creative process to be the focus. There is so much to learn from working with art materials, all anyone has to do is do it! My work with Interactive Creative Therapy provides the catalyst to release a person's inner creator as well as an opportunity to experience mindfulness, fulfillment, and self-transformation.
